Die Eden Kitchen & Bar mit seinem Küchenchef, Marco Ortolani, verwöhnt seine Gäste mit neuzeitlichen-italienischen Gerichten mit französischen und internationalen Einflüssen. Diese angesagte "Brasserie Deluxe" bietet eine moderne trendige Atmosphäre mit ausgewähltem Interieur von Philippe Starck und einer einsehbaren, grün gekachelten Show-Küche als Herzstück. Abgerundet wird das kulinarische Erlebnis mit einem grossen Weinangebot. Für einen "Good Vibe" sorgen unsere DJanes, welche täglich von 18h bis 22h in der Eden Kitchen & Bar am DJ-Pult auflegen.

Eine Küche auch die Jury des Guide Michelin begeisterte und sich somit den Stern sichern konnte.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für den Servicebereich der Bar
  • Verpflegung und Betreuung von Hotel- und externen Gästen
  • Betreuung von exklusiven Veranstaltungen
  • Persönliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihres Bar-Teams
  • Team Rekrutierung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Human Resources
  • Einführung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Durchführen von regelmässigen Bar-Teammeetings sowie erstellen der Arbeits- und Ferienpläne
  • Verantwortlich für die Ordnung und Sauberkeit an der Bar
  • Kreieren von Cocktails und Drinks sowie die Mitgestaltung der Angebotskarten
  • Kontrolle der Schnittstellen und des Informationsflusses zu anderen Abteilungen
  • Verantwortlich für das gesamte Barinventar
  • Kennen und Anwenden der Service-Abläufe anhand der LQA Vorgaben

Profil
  • Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie
  • Zertifizierte Zusatzausbildung zum Barkeeper
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der "Classic Cocktails"
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in gleicher Position
  • Sehr gute Mitarbeiter-Führungskenntnisse
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild sowie gute Belastbarkeit und zeitliche Flexibilität
  • Sprachkompetenz: Deutsch Muttersprache, Englisch sehr gute mündliche Kompetenz, Französisch von Vorteil
  • Gastgeber/in aus Leidenschaft mit serviceorientiertem Denken und Handeln
  • Cocktail-Liebhaber/in
