Intern - Communications and Marketing (6-9 months)

As part of the Communications Team, you will have exposure to a wide variety of communications and marketing-related tasks and work on external communications projects aimed at further strengthening the firm’s brand and reputation.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Support creating engaging text, graphics, and video content for the firm’s communication channels such as website, newsletters, presentations, and publications;
  • Support managing social media channels, including content creation and performance analysis;
  • Manage corporate website and associated sites;
  • Independently manage smaller projects or project streams;
  • Independently complete administrative tasks such as finances, ordering marketing materials, reporting, responding to external enquiries;
  • Assist in the management of media relations.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields;
  • Proficient oral and copywriting skills in English;
  • Digital skillset, social and web analytics, and graphic design (knowledge of website, image, and video editing tools such as Wordpress and Canva would be a plus);
  • Experience with managing social media channels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Power Point.

  • Strong attention to detail and good eye for design;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines and work independently;
  • Proactive, result-driven, flexible with “hands-on” approach and willingness to assist other team members with their tasks.
