What You'll Be Doing:
Consumer Marketing:
- Define and implement MAC's marketing strategy for the Swiss market.
- Create and manage a comprehensive omnichannel marketing plan across all media channels.
- Strategically allocate budget in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Transform consumer calendars into detailed animation and promotion plans for retailers.
- Assist Key Account Managers in planning and executing promotional calendars.
Trade Marketing:
- Develop detailed animation and promotional plans per retailer, including collaborations.
- Promote innovation and continual enhancement in trade marketing initiatives.
- Customize global marketing strategies into dealer-specific activation and promotion plans.
- Support key account managers in interactions with brick-and-mortar and online retailers.
- Organize B&M events aligned with new product launches and industry trends.
Leadership:
- Supervise 2 direct reports (Trade Marketing Executive & National Make-Up Artist).
- Oversee 1 indirect report (Earned / Owned Media Executive).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of consumer and trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or luxury cosmetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated skills in conceptual marketing and business storytelling.
- Experience in leading projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication abilities in German and English; fluency in French is advantageous.
- Proactive, organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Track record of successful people management.
