Office Manager – Fixed term maternity leave cover

We are a multicultural team providing general administrative support to executives in Shipping Finance, within Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets desk.

What role will you play?

You will support the team with booking complex travel and arranging meeting logistics, maintain regular interaction with assistants, both internally and externally, to arrange calls and meetings, and manage all office related aspects including managing suppliers and ordering of office materials. Additionally, you will support our Technical Manager with coordinating vessel inspections, as well as supporting our internal Lawyer with handling sanctions related administrative processes. You will also be in charge of planning and managing team events.

You will have prior experience in office management or executive assisting Be well organized, flexible and have excellent attention to detail Have the ability to work well under pressure, manage workload, conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German Have the ability to exercise appropriate judgment and discretion, especially when handling confidential information
