  • Als Verantwortlicher oder Verantwortliche für die kosten-, qualitäts- und zeitgerechte Erreichung der Ziele von Software-Applikationsprojekten, passt Du Unternehmensprozesse an die Erfordernisse des Projektes an.
  • Aufgrund Deiner fachlichen Kompetenz übernimmst Du die Führung verschiedener Softwareprojekte, von der Idee bis zum finalen Produkt, und interdisziplinärer Teams, deren Zusammenarbeit Du organisierst.
  • Du kannst konventionelle wie auch agile Projekte leiten und übernimmst Verantwortung im Projekt. Das Jonglieren mit traditionellen wie auch agilen Project Management Ansätzen macht Dir Freude, während Du Unschärfen mit Deiner Kreativität füllst.
  • In Deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich fallen ausserdem die Eingrenzung des Anwendungsbereiches sowie die Durchführung von Business Workshops und Planung. Ebenso Zeitmanagement und Ablaufkoordination, Projektkosten- und Projektbudget-Management, Risikomanagement sowie die Kommunikation im Team und an Stakeholder.
  • Zudem vertrittst Du Deine Projekte in den relevanten Gremien, erstellst Reports und prüfst, dass das Controlling Deiner Projekte den geforderten Standards gerecht wird.Was Du mitbringst:
    • Du kannst stolz auf Deinen Hochschulabschluss (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) sein sowie auf mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Projektleiter/in in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten mit einem Volumen von mehreren hunderttausend CHF.
    • Zusätzlich kannst Du auf fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering, Development oder Testing zurückgreifen und zudem ein Advanced Certificate in Projektmanagement (in PMA, PMI, Hermes etc.) vorweisen. Auch in klassischen und agilen Projektvorgehen sowie in der Tätigkeit als Scrum Master bist Du erprobt.
    • Sprachfähigkeiten sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf Niveau C1 runden Dein Profil ab.Deshalb bieten wir Dir:
