The Position

Als Product Owner GxP / Clean Utilities sind Sie verantwortlich für folgende Themen:

  • Übernahme der Rolle des Product Owners für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung von GxP-konformen Clean Utilities in unserem Unternehmen

  • Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produkt GXP / Clean Utilities

  • Sicherstellung, dass die entwickelten und bestehenden GXP / Clean Utilities den regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen und die Integrität des Produktionsprozesses und der Endprodukte gewährleisten

  • Betreuung von qualifizierten Anlagen inkl. Dokumentation. (Prozessdokumentation/ Dokumente, Lebenszyklus Dokumente z.B. Logbuch, Checklisten; Änderungswesen, Abweichungen)

  • Definition von Vorgaben und Requirements () und Konzepten für neu und Erweiterungen sowie Umbauten im Bereich GXP und Clean Utilities

  • Abnahme von GXP / Clean Utilities anhand der Vorgaben und Übergabe in den Betrieb und den Lifecycle

  • Erstellen von Service Level Agreements und Betriebskonzepten in Abstimmung mit den Benutzern

  • Einbringung und Überwachung der Anforderungen aus Normen, Behördlichen und Konzerninternen Vorgaben mit Relevanz für Technical Service

  • Pflege der Stammdaten von GXP / Clean Utilities und administrative Unterstützung beim Alarmmanagement

Wer Sie sind

Sie bringen folgendes Profil mit:

  • Sie sind Expert:in auf ihrem Gebiet und verfügen über ein Studium oder eine höhere Ausbildung mit technischer Grundausbildung

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Clean Utilities und Reinstmedien oder in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im GxP-regulierten Umfeld

  • Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in oder Betriebsingenieur:in in einem oder mehreren Bereichen der Gebäudetechnik und GxP Umfeld

  • Fundiertes Verständnis der GxP-Richtlinien und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Clean Utilities in einer GxP-regulierten Umgebung

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache / Englisch B1 Intermediate

Zusätzlich bringen Sie Erfahrung im Risikomanagement und -bewertung sowie im Umgang mit regulatorischen Behörden mit. Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten.
