The Position

Bei Roche arbeiten 100’000 Mitarbeitende in 100 Ländern daran, den Begriff Healthcare neu zu definieren. Am Produktionsstandort Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing der F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG produzieren wir mit 4 verschiedenen Technologien innovative Produkte für Patienten:innen  weltweit. In Basel bekommen Sie einen Einblick in die Produktion von chemischen und biologischen aktiven pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen für die kommerzielle und klinische Versorgung. Unser Standort besteht aus vier Produktionseinheiten (sogenannten Value Streams) und fünf unterstützenden Einheiten (sogenannten Units), in denen sich insgesamt 760 Mitarbeitende darauf fokussieren, Patient:innen mit Medikamenten zu versorgen.  

Der Validierungsmanager von Small Molecules Drug Substance Manufacturing ist für die E2E Risikobewertung und die Prozessvalidierung verantwortlich und führt das technische Change Management innerhalb von Small Molecules Basel  Drug Substance für regulatory relevant Changes durch.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Interne Beziehungen und externe Beziehungen

  • Die Pflege guter Beziehungen zu den Schnittstellen im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit, d.h. zu allen MSAT-Funktionen, QC, QA, Produktion, Entwicklung, Registrierung.

  • Kommunikation von Validierungsprojekten innerhalb und außerhalb der Organisation, Moderation von Inspektionen durch externe Parteien, einschließlich Gesundheitsbehörden.

  • Entwicklung einer Validierungsstrategie für zukünftige Anforderungen im Rahmen der Markteinführung von Prozessen.

  • Einhalten der cGMP-Konzepte im Bereich Small Molecules Drug Substance. 

  • Durchführen von Validierungsprojekten mit Unterstützung der technischen Transfergruppe und des Projektchemikers aus der Entwicklung.

  • Erfassen und Verwalten von Risiken während des gesamten Produkt- und Validierungslebenszyklus.

  • Überprüfung und Genehmigung aller Validierungspläne und -berichte.

  • Rechtzeitige Vorbereitung von geplanten Änderungen. Koordinierung, Dokumentation von Änderungswünschen mit regulatorischer Relevanz innerhalb des Standorts.

  • Verantwortlich für die Aktivitäten zum Process Monitoring (stage 3 der Prozessvalidierung) für Small Molecules Drug Substance. Dient als einziger Vertreter für Small Molecules Drug Substance im Unternehmensnetzwerk.

  • Unterstützung und Vertretung von Small Molecules Drug Substance Manufacturing bei Audits der Gesundheitsbehörden und Selbstinspektionen.

Wer Sie sind

Sie haben einen Doktortitel oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss in Pharmazeutischen Wissenschaften, Life Sciences oder einem verwandten Bereich, möglicherweise mit einer spezifischen Zusatzausbildung oder Erfahrung.

Zusätzlich bringen Sie folgende Fähigkeiten mit:

  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arzneimittelherstellung.

  • Erfahrung in der GMP-Herstellung von Small Molecules Drug Substance.

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Sie sind in der Lage, Situationen klar und detailliert unterschiedlichen Interessengruppen zu erklären.

  • Fähigkeit komplexe Themen auf leicht verständliche Weise zu präsentieren.

  • Deutsch: fliessend mündlich und schriftlich, Englisch ist wichtig und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
