The Position

Basel Drug Substance Manufacturing produziert mit seinen 720 Mitarbeitern Large und Small Molecule APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) für die kommerzielle und klinische Versorgung.

Das Team Operation & Asset Care im Value Stream Small Molecules ist für die Durchführung der Produktion sowie für den Unterhalt und die Reinigung der zugeteilten Anlagen zuständig.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben zuständig :

Verantwortlich für das Life Cycle Management der Prozess Automationssysteme sowie für übergeordnete Datenarchivierungs und Auswertetools von Basel DS Small Molecules 

Bearbeitung und Koordination von Planned Events (Changes) für die betreuten Systeme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionssupport, Qualitätssicherung und Engineering

Priorisieren und Tracken der Planned Events

Bearbeiten von Abweichungen der betreuten Systeme

Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Konzepten und Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit der Anlagensteuerung und den übergeordneten Systemen

Bereitstellung von Prozessdaten zur deren Weiterverwendung bei Prozessoptimierungen oder Ursachenabklärung

Bearbeiten von Qualitäts-Risikobeurteilungen 

Durchführung und Unterstützung von Qualifizierungs- und/oder Validierungsaktivitäten

Vertretung des Bereichs bei Inspektionen

Für diese spannende Herausforderung bringen Sie folgende Qualifikationen mit:

Technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Produktion mit hochautomatisierten Anlagen

Hohes Qualitäts- und GMP Bewusstsein

Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und Interesse an IT und Anlagensteuerungen

Erfahrung in Qualifizierung/Validierung und Datenintegrität von Automationssystemen 

Eigeninitiative, rasche Auffassungsgabe, Flexibilität und problemlösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

Gute Kommunikations- sowie Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Google Applications runden Ihr Profil ab
