Ambito e scopo della posizione Il Relationship Manager facilita la comunicazione e promuove una collaborazione efficace tra il servizio informatico e le unità di business, fungendo da collegamento strategico. Gestisce le richieste evolutive, partecipando a tutte le fasi del processo di gestione della domanda. Inizia supportando le unità di business nella definizione delle esigenze IT e nell'elaborazione di una documentazione chiara e dettagliata di tali requisiti. Conduce l'analisi funzionale, trasformando i requisiti di business in requisiti funzionali e non funzionali. Collabora con i responsabili tecnici per sviluppare soluzioni tecnologiche adeguate e li supporta nella stima dei costi. Presenta le soluzioni alle unità di business, assicurando chiarezza e comprensione. Partecipa alla gestione e alla conduzione dei progetti IT, garantendo che le soluzioni implementate soddisfino le esigenze di business e rispettino gli standard definiti. Responsabilità e attività
- Comprendere i processi operativi delle unità di business per garantire che le soluzioni proposte soddisfino pienamente i requisiti.
- Collaborare con le unità di business per comprendere le loro esigenze e tradurle in requisiti IT chiari e dettagliati.
- Tradurre e documentare i requisiti di business in requisiti funzionali e non funzionali.
- Collaborare strettamente con il team dei tecnici per definire architetture IT e soluzioni tecnologiche che rispondano ai requisiti, tenendo conto di vincoli, necessità di scalabilità, sicurezza delle informazioni e performance.
- Collaborare strettamente con sviluppatori, amministratori di sistema e altri specialisti IT per implementare le soluzioni progettate.
- Assicurarsi che le fasi di test e validazione delle soluzioni implementate siano completate con successo.
- Gestire progetti IT dall'inizio alla fine, monitorando l'avanzamento e garantendo il rispetto dei tempi e del budget, comunicando lo stato di avanzamento lavori (SAL) in report periodici.
- Produrre, monitorare e aggiornare la documentazione di progetto.
- Misurare le prestazioni del progetto attraverso l’utilizzo di indicatori, strumenti e tecniche appropriate.
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide con gli interlocutori interni ed esterni all’IT.
- Fornire supporto e formazione per garantire che gli utenti finali possano utilizzare le nuove soluzioni in modo efficace.
- Facilitare la comunicazione tra le unità di business e la rete IT.
- Monitorare la soddisfazione del cliente e proporre miglioramenti continui per ottimizzare l’efficacia e l’efficienza delle soluzioni IT.
- Bachelor SUP o universitario o formazione professionale superiore in informatica, informatica di gestione o materia tecnica equivalente.
- Esperienza nella gestione e nella conduzione di progetti di sviluppo software.
- Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di project management.
- Esperienza nell’ambito dello sviluppo software.
- Ottima comprensione e capacità analitica circa l’architettura software.
- Approccio olistico e metodologico nella gestione dei progetti e delle attività.
- Buona conoscenza del framework di sviluppo .NET.
- Ottime capacità comunicative, relazionali e di mediazione.
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di organizzazione.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team.
- L’esperienza pregressa in contesti organizzativi di media-grande dimensione e nel settore dei servizi rappresenta un criterio preferenziale
- Ottime conoscenze dell’italiano e dell’inglese scritto e parlato. Conoscenza del tedesco e/o francese costituisce titolo preferenziale.
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato;
- La posizione si colloca in fascia 3 del Contratto Collettivo SUPSI (CCLSUPSI);
