Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer vacancy requiring profound Insurance knowledge as well as Fluent in French & English for a globally operating Vaud based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

Collecting and understanding user needsParticipating in and coordinating the various parties involvedIdentifying and evaluating possible solutionsSupporting, analyzing, and estimating business requirementsFormulating functional and non-functional requirementsTranslating business requirements into system requirements, considering economic, organizational, and technical conditions



Your experience/knowledge:

3+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business AnalystStrong understanding of IT and project managementSolid background in the Non-Life insurance sectorIREB CertificationHigher professional education or University degree in business economics, economic analysis or information systemsLanguage skills: German, French and English - fluent in written and spoken



Your soft skills:

Organized, rigorous and solution- and customer-orientedExcellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
