Nous recrutons pour un poste clé au sein de l'équipe de direction IT de notre client. Basé à Genève, ce rôle stratégique reporte directement au Directeur des Systèmes d'Information et comprend la responsabilité de la gestion des services informatiques de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités :
- Collaborer avec le Directeur des Systèmes d'Information pour développer une stratégie IT alignée avec les objectifs commerciaux de l'entreprise.
- Assurer une synergie continue entre les fonctions métiers et les départements IT à tous les niveaux, garantissant une satisfaction optimale des clients internes concernant les services IT.
- Gérer l'ensemble des services IT du domaine, tout en organisant et développant les équipes nécessaires.
- Recueillir activement les besoins des métiers et soutenir la définition des initiatives commerciales.
- Piloter l'élaboration d'une feuille de route évolutive pour les services IT.
- Encourager l'innovation au sein d'un domaine inter-fonctionnel en surveillant les tendances technologiques et leur impact sur les processus métiers.
- Assurer la livraison des solutions par une gestion efficace des versions.
- Diriger une équipe diversifiée, composée de talents techniques et fonctionnels à différents niveaux de séniorité.
Formation :
- Diplôme en informatique, administration des affaires, économie, mathématiques ou dans un domaine technique similaire.
Compétences primordiales :
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de programmes de transformation complexes.
- Expertise en méthodologies de gestion de projet telles qu'Agile et Scrum.
- Connaissance approfondie des API, microservices et technologies cloud pour faciliter la transformation numérique.
- Compétences avancées en gestion d'équipe et de budget.
Compétences importantes :
- Capacité démontrée à encadrer des équipes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles et négociation.
- Forte aptitude à l'analyse, à la résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'à la priorisation et la gestion efficace du temps.
- Diplôme en informatique, administration des affaires, économie, mathématiques ou dans un domaine technique similaire.
