Vous avez une expérience solide dans le domaine de l’architecture et/ou de l’architecture d’intérieur.
Vous avez un fort intérêt pour les enjeux opérationnels liés aux suivis de chantiers.
Vous agissez avec autonomie, proactivité et responsabilité.
Vous avez une réelle aisance à l’oral comme à l’écrit et êtes en capacité de communiquer aisément vos idées.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre flexibilité et votre esprit collaboratif.
Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’une bonne capacité d’écoute et d’une parfaite gestion des priorités.
Vous maitrisez les logiciels AUTOCAD et PowerPoint.
Vous parlez couramment anglais ?
Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?
Rattaché(e) au département Architecture et Store Planning, au sein du pôle Design Experience, vous avez pour mission principale la coordination et le suivi de programmes architecturaux de grands projets institutionnels de la Maison liés à L’Ecole des Arts Joaillers. Vous intervenez du brief jusqu’à la mise à disposition du site.
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions :
-Vous maitrisez les programmes, les budgets et les plannings.
-Vous assurez le suivi de chantier et apportez votre appui sur les sujets liés aux techniques de construction.
-Vous collaborez avec des agences d’architectes et de designers externes.
-Vous orchestrez et faites vivre un « comité projet », composé de nombreuses équipes et départements, d’experts et de partenaires dans le but d’assurer une cohérence dans la création et la mise en œuvre des différents concepts.
-Vous serez amené(e) à voyager à l’international pour contrôler la qualité de la réalisation des projets.
