Visualista.ch is a leading company in real estate marketing. We offer comprehensive services, from photos (from the ground and aerial), videos, Matterport tours, to social media content and floor plans.
Currently Visualista.ch is only serving the German speaking part of Switzerland with a total of 7 photographers. For our expansion into the Romandy we're now looking for a new photographer (30-50%) based in the area of Lausanne (working from home when not out shooting properties) who would be responsible for our shootings in the area from Geneva to Valais.
The workload of 30-50% will be spread over 3-4 days a week.
We accept applications from current Real Estate Photographers & Photographers from other genres, but also encourage people with either a real estate or strong customer service background to apply for the role as we see this position as being very customer orientated with photography being second to great customer serviceResponsabilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Photographing real estate properties (interior and exterior shots) -> no editing
- Areal shots with drones
- Creating videos (with smartphone)
- Creating virtual tours (Matterport)Qualifications
- Proven customer service background, a warm welcoming manner.
- Reliable - you must be good with time management, be able to arrive on time to photoshoots
- Ability to learn new skills and problem solve in a practical way to get the job done.
- Experience in photography (no need to be a full professional but at least have some experience)Other requirements
- Driving license (having your own car is a plus (expenses will be paid))
- Speaking French (fluently) is a must (English is needed for internal communications)
- Availability for shootings at least on 3-4 days a week (the more flexible the better)Benefits

- Industry leading pay rates (CHF 5'300 - 5'600 for 100% workload)
