Als Head of Customer Contact Center tragen Sie die Verantwortung, dass alle unsere Kundenanfragen in den Sprachen Deutsch, Französisch und Italienisch in hoher Qualität bearbeitet werden. Gleichzeitig stellen Sie mit Ihrem Team sicher, dass unsere Servicetechniker:innen im Feld effizient arbeiten können und alle Serviceeinsätze optimal geplant werden. Organisationsübergreifend erarbeiten, verbessern und implementieren Sie Methodiken, Prozesse und Werkzeuge, um unsere Effizienz und das Kundenerlebnis stetig zu verbessern.

 

Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld

  • Verantworten, Führen und Weiterentwickeln des Customer Contact Center der Siemens Digital Industries in der Schweiz
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der operativen Fähigkeiten des Customer Contact Center in den Bereichen des Call-Handlings und des Dispatchings
  • Mitverantwortung für die digitale Transformation und Automatisierung des Inbound-Kanals   
  • Kontinuierliche Evaluierung von Innovationen und deren Implementierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessverantwortlichen 
  • Verbesserung und Steuerung von Prozessen, von eingesetzten Tools und der organisationsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Fördern einer Servicekultur sowie Sicherstellen einer hohen Zufriedenheit bei unseren Kund:innen und Partner:innen
  • Schaffung eines motivierenden Umfelds für die Mitarbeitenden sowie Förderung eines «Growth Mindset» und einer «Empowerment-Kultur»
 

Ihre Talente und Erfahrungen

  • Sie haben mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im technisch-operativen Servicebereich – von Vorteil in der Automatisierungstechnik und/oder in einem Callcenter.
  • Mit Kundenreklamationen und -feedback gehen Sie leicht um und können diese mit hoher Professionalität bearbeiten. Sie haben ein hohes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse mit der Fähigkeit, hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
  • Sie können leicht auf Menschen zugehen, Ihr Umfeld begeistern und es für Ihre Ideen gewinnen.
  • Sie haben Fähigkeiten in der Analyse, Optimierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Bereich Call Handling, Order Processing und Dispatching.
  • Sie haben ein Grundverständnis für CRM-Systeme, Callcenter-Technologien und die neuesten digitalen Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Identifikation und Implementierung von Innovationen zur Verbesserung des Kundenservices und der internen Prozesse.
  • Es fällt Ihnen leicht, auf Deutsch und Englisch zu kommunizieren, und Sie beherrschen idealerweise eine weitere Sprache (Französisch oder Italienisch).
