Afin de renforcer notre Département Secrétariat général qui propose à nos unités internes des services juridiques et de compliance de haut niveau, nous recherchons un/e Senior Compliance Officer, entre 60 et 100%.


Les missions qui vous attendent :

Faire évoluer et maintenir à jour le dispositif compliance en vue de respecter les exigences réglementaires des autorités de surveillance et de la législation applicable ;Développer, actualiser et s'assurer de la bonne application de la réglementation interne compliance et participer aux activités nécessaires à répondre aux sollicitations des autorités de surveillance et de révision en la matière;Améliorer le dispositif de contrôles compliance et sa mise en oeuvre intégrée à la gestion des risques globale de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'effectuer périodiquement des contrôles compliance documentés, impliquant les diverses entités de l'entreprise ;Planifier, développer et conduire, en langue française et allemande, des activités de formation et de sensibilisation sur des sujets compliance, en collaboration avec les autres fonctions de l'entreprise;Accompagner occasionnellement des démarches internes et des collaborations de la Vaudoise avec des partenaires externes pour s'assurer qu'elles répondent au cadre-réglementaire applicable tout au long de leur cycle de vie.

Votre profil :
Master en droit suisse, formation postgrade en compliance un atout ;

Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans une société d'assurance, un intermédiaire financier ou une entreprise de révision suisse en tant que compliance officer ; Langue maternelle française et excellente maîtrise de la langue allemande (niveau C1 ou plus élevé)Bonnes connaissances de la règlementation Suisse en matière d'assurances, un atout majeur ; Capacité à travailler et à délivrer de manière autonome, tout en faisant preuve d'esprit d'équipe.

Vous êtes également pragmatique, orienté solutions et à l'aise dans vos contacts avec vos collègues et les intervenants externes
