We are looking for a Marketing Lead responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with RigiTech’s business objectives.Identify target markets and key segments, and create tailored marketing campaigns.Brand Management:Define product branding to support product launches and market expansion.Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels and marketing materials.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Content Development:Define and develop high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels.Work with the Sales team to create online/offline promotional materials and presentations.Act as the primary liaison with external agencies and contractors, write briefs, and provide feedback and oversee outsourced projects to completion.Plan and maintain a content calendar for blog posts, company news, and press releases.Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Monitor spending and ROI to maximise the impact of marketing activities.Press Releases and Media Relations:Develop, write, and distribute press releases to promote significant company announcements and product launches.Coordinate media interviews and press conferences.Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts.Event Planning and Management:Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.Manage event logistics and coordinate with vendors and partners.Performance Measurement and Reporting:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.Create monthly and quarterly reports on marketing performance, including marketing KPIs and team performance.Required qualifications and skillsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent command of oral and written English.Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, previous experience in logistics or life sciences industry is a plus.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and toolsProficiency in marketing software and tools (G Suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and WordPress).Soft skills: Genuine interest in drones.Proactive, keen on looking for new ideas and available tools to contribute to the team efforts. Creative with a good sense of visual communication. Very strong communicator, both in written and oral.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong project leadership skills.Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines and deliver results with limited supervision.Application
