Pour l’un de nos clients, leader dans son domaine, nous recherchons, dans le cadre d’une mission temporaire, un ou une personne qui assurera la numérisation de documents au sein du service informatique : Classement, numérisation puis archivage électronique et physique des documents.

    Votre mission :

    • Vous centralisez tous les documents à archiver.
    • Vous numérisez les documents.
    • Vous les classer en format électronique et physique.
    • Vous apportez un support administratif à l’équipe.

      Votre profil :

      • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un CFC employé de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent.
      • Vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie dans l’assistanat administratif.
      • Vous êtes consciencieux(se) et rapide dans l’exécution de vos tâches.
      • Vous avez de bonnes qualités d’écoutes et de communication.
