Im Geschäftsbereich Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) stellen wir spezialisierte Komponenten her, die für die präzise Steuerung von Plasmaprozessen erforderlich sind und bei der Produktion von Speicherchips oder Touchscreens für Sensoren, Smartphones oder Tablets eingesetzt werden.

Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen den Führungskräften und internen/externen KundenUnterstützung der Geschäftsbereichsleitung in allen administrativen und organisatorischen BelangenVorbereitung, Protokollierung und Nachbereitung von Managementsitzungen, u.a. Instandhaltung der Sitzungsräume inkl. EssensorganisationOrganisation von internen und externen Meetings und VeranstaltungenPlanung und Buchung von Geschäftsreisen weltweit, inkl. Visa-OrganisationErstellen, Verteilen und Verwalten von administrativen VerwaltungstoolsAllgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten, inkl. Kontierung von RechnungenQualitative Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Back-Office-Betrieb

Was du mitbringst:

Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant oder in einer anderen SekretariatsfunktionWeiterbildung als Direktionsassistent*in mit eidg. FAVollständiges Verständnis von Büromanagementsystemen und -verfahrenSehr gute Kenntnisse in MS OfficeKenntnisse von Jira/Confluence sind von VorteilGute Kenntnisse in Englisch und/oder DeutschHervorragende Planungs- und ZeitmanagementfähigkeitenFähigkeit zum Multitasking und zur Priorisierung des täglichen Arbeitspensums
