To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for the business area Group Functions at the Flamatt site as aSenior Manager License and Contract Management (m/f/d)

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:
Develop and implement license and contract management policies and procedures: Creating a framework for managing software licenses and contracts, including guidelines for procurement, usage, renewal. and termination.Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and contract terms: Monitoring software usage to ensure that it is within the terms of the licensing agreement or contract, and taking corrective action if necessary.Actively manage software asset inventory, track usage, and optimize license costs.Negotiate software license agreements and contracts: Working with vendors to negotiate favorable terms for software licensing agreements and contracts, including pricing, usage rights and support.Manage vendor relationships: Building and maintaining positive relationships with software vendors, addressing challenges, and resolving them in a timely and effective manner.What you bring:
Multiple years of experience working with software licensing models and agreements as well familiarity with software asset management tools and technologies.Profound understanding of contract law and legal terminology as well as knowledge of software audit & procurement processes and procedures.Strong negotiation and communication skills in English to effectively manage vendor relationships as well as internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities alongside ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strategic mindset and ability to think outside the box about how to support business goals and objectives.Break new ground with us:
