We are looking for a Digital Business Manager (f/m/d) to join our Group and drive the digital evolution at Endress+Hauser Group Services supporting our Sales Organizations worldwide.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the charge in implementing digital solutions and driving impactful change throughout our organization.

 

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Accelerate digital business development and drive implementation with your local counterparts in markets you are responsible for.
  • Develop and run digital business workshops to develop country-specific roadmaps, sales tactics, and targets.
  • Secure know-how transfer by empowering local organizations with essential competences.
  • Provide effective management of Digital Business activities through the creation of cockpits, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with Digital Business Managers and Squads to prioritize activities and information needs.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns to facilitate data-driven decisions and tactics.

 

What do we expect from you?
You:

  • Have professional experience and a comprehension of both IT and business processes. 
  • Possess a sound knowledge of e-commerce and online customer experience.
  • Are experienced in organizing and moderating workshops.
  • Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills to the table.
  • Are willing to travel within the regions you are responsible for (15 to 20%).
  • Showcase strengths in analytical thinking, persuasiveness, and advanced negotiation skills.
  • Possess fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
