Kongresse, Messen und Corporate Events akquirierst.
Business Developer and Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Gewinnung von internationalen Kongressen, Messen
    und Corporate Events für unsere herausragenden Veranstaltungsorte
  • Führe umfangreiche Recherchen durch, um nationale und internationale
    Veranstaltungsformate zu identifizieren und unsere Verkaufspipeline kontinuierlich zu
    erweitern.
  • Arbeite gemeinsam mit internen Abteilungen, Dienstleistern und touristischen Partnern an
    Lösungen, die den spezifischen Kundenbedürfnissen gerecht werden
  • Besuche Messen und Branchenevents, um relevante Netzwerke zu erschliessen und
    wertvolle Verbindungen aufzubauen
  • Erstellung von anspruchsvollen, kundenspezifischen Offerten und Bewerbungsdossiers,
    Durchführung von Site Visits
  • Führe Verkaufsaktivitäten durch und entwickle kontinuierlich unsere Verkaufstools weiter,
    um das Umsatzwachstum zu maximieren.
  • Pflege kontinuierlich alle relevanten Informationen in unserem CRM-System
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von internen Prozessen

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Hotellerie oder einer
    verwandten Fachrichtung von einer renommierten Universität oder Fachhochschule (z.B.
    Hotelfachschule).
  • Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der MICE-Branche
    (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
  • Du zeigst Interesse an anspruchsvollen Verkaufstätigkeiten und bleibst stets über aktuelle
    Trends im Livemarketing informiert
  • Du besitzt eine starke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Du arbeitest methodisch, konzeptionell, strukturiert und eigenständig
  • Du verfügst über interkulturelle Kompetenz, ein sicheres und freundliches Auftreten, ein
    hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein gegenüber unseren Kunden und die Fähigkeit, gut im Team zu
    arbeiten.
  • Du beherrschst IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, CRM-System usw.).
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, Französischkenntnisse
    sind von Vorteil.
