We are looking for a motivated Training and Policies Coordinator to join our Corporate Compliance Training, Awareness and Policies team at our headquarters in Baar. We are looking for a motivated Training and Policies Coordinator to join our Corporate Compliance Training, Awareness and Policies team at our headquarters in Baar. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, this is the ideal role for you.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

Training and event organisation:

Organising all aspects of in-person training on a local and group level (including booking meeting rooms, coordinating Teams and Webex conferences, creating sessions in Glencore’s learning management system, arranging attendee lists, coordinating schedules, taking attendance, escalating non-completions)Maintaining the annual Compliance Training and Awareness PlannerProviding compliance training documentation and data as requestedSupporting the organisation of events such as Ethics and Compliance Days, Compliance Summits or Regional Compliance meetingsGeneral administrative duties such as keeping a record of compliance training, awareness and translation expenses, document formatting, and other ad hoc administrative tasks

Document/content management:

Coordinating the review of compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines with Subject Matter Experts and translationsMaintaining the Compliance Document Planner and Compliance Policy TrackerUploading and maintaining compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and other relevant documentation in all languages on Glencore’s intranet and internetServing as the main point of contact for the Compliance function’s intranet pages and working closely with the Digital Workplace team in maintaining the content thereinMaintaining the content on Glencore’s Ethics and Compliance Appis able to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and performance-oriented environmenthas a proactive working stylehas efficient and well-organised working skillshas a can-do and positive attitude with a proven ability to adapt and prioritise in a constantly changing environmentis able to multi-taskhas a keen eye for detail

Qualifications and requirements:

A solid educational backgroundDemonstrated previous experience working in an administrative/training organisation/event planning role, or similarExcellent proficiency in MS Office suite (especially, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint/MS Teams)Excellent written and oral English (native or minimum C2 level), multilingual is deemed beneficialHolder of a Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport holder
