The Position

Master Data ist die Basis  aller effizienten und stabilen Geschäftsprozesse. Als Unit Lead befähigst Du das Master Data Team, die operativen Prozesse zu ermöglichen und unsere Visionen und Ziele zu erreichen. Du bist motiviert, zusammen mit dem Team Spitzenleistungen zu erbringen und den Status quo kontinuierlich zu hinterfragen. Du setzt auf einen VACC-Führungsstil (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst) und legst großen Wert darauf, die Bedürfnisse der internen Kunden zu verstehen und wahrzunehmen. 

Die Stelle Unit Lead Master Data ist Teil der Materials Management Organisation in PTM. Materials Management ist in erster Linie für die Produktionsplanung, die Beschaffung der Packmittel und für Master Data verantwortlich. Die Stelle rapportiert direkt an den Head Materials Management und umfasst die Führungsverantwortung für etwa 12 Mitarbeitende.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung des Right to Operate durch robuste Prozesse im Bereich Master Data Maintenance und aktive Mitarbeit bei Inspektionen der Gesundheitsbehörden und anderen Interessengruppen

  • Befähigung und Leitung des Master Data Teams gemäß den Roche Leadership Commitments und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams innerhalb von Kaiseraugst und mit anderen lokalen und globalen Schnittstellen

  • Sicherstellung der Exzellenz und Genauigkeit aller relevanten Stammdaten (SAP, OMP und weitere relevante Systeme)

  • Förderung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Bereich der Stammdatenpflege und Ermittlung von Möglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung und Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  • Erstellung und Erreichung von relevanten KPIs und sinnvollen Zielvorgaben sowie Monitoring von internen und externen Trends im Bereich Master Data Maintenance

  • Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Interessengruppen (Units, Value Streams, globale Funktionen usw.)

  • Aktive Unterstützung zur erfolgreichen Implementierung von ASPIRE (globales SAP ERP System)

  • Vertretung des Teams und der Organisation Materials Management in lokalen und globalen Projektteams, Arbeitsgruppen und Communities

Wer bist du:

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in den Bereichen Life Sciences, Engineering oder Business Administration

  • Grundlegendes Verständnis oder Beherrschung von ERP-Systemen (SAP und OMP), idealerweise Erfahrung im S/4HANA-Umfeld und exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse

  • Erfahrungen als Führungskraft, entweder als Linienvorgesetzte(r) oder im Rahmen eines Projekts oder in einer Matrix-Organisation

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen  Produktion,  Planung, Bestandsmanagement oder Lieferkettenmanagement, idealerweise in einer cGMP-Produktionsumgebung

  • Qualitätsorientiert mit kontinuierlicher Verbesserung Mindset und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden und -Tools

  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Vorgehensweise sowie Fähigkeit, Autorität in einem globalen Umfeld zu gewinnen und globale Partner zu beeinflussen

  • Flair für Geschäftsprozesse und eine E2E-Denkweise, Fähigkeit, im Fall von operativen Problemen zeitnah die richtigen Personen zu mobilisieren und schnelle Problemlösungen zu erreichen, exzellente Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Organisationsebenen in Deutsch und Englisch
