Customer Service Internship (H/F)

Start date: July 2024

Duration: 6 months - full time

Location: Meyrin – Switzerland

 

Do you fit the profile?   

 

You have international sales/marketing experience and excellent organizational skills?

You are a team worker, curious and proactive?

You have project management skills and a feel for the digital world (communication applications, websites, chatbots, etc.)?

You have a real interest in the luxury goods sector, and a keen interest in the Asian market (China, Korea, Hong Kong etc.)?

You are fluent in English?

 

What do we expect from you?

 

As part of the international Customer Service team, you will support the deployment of digital solutions for customers on our website or applications. From content creation to requirements gathering and user data analysis, you'll coordinate the various enhancements with the Customer Service teams in the regions of the world (US, Asia, Europe, Japan, Middle East) and with the support of the project manager. 

 

You will enhance the customer experience by improving digital solutions in collaboration with the various internal teams (customer service, sales, digital) and external teams (digital agency).

 

Finally, you will be responsible for promoting projects to the international Van Cleef & Arpels Customer Service community.

 

In order to facilitate your integration, we will offer you training in the history and values of the Maison within the School of Jewelry Arts.
