About this Internship program As an intern, you will work in the Commercial Team of Philip Morris' Swiss affiliate. You will lead business initiatives under the supervision of your manager and contribute to the development of digital and non-digital platforms for our business partners and retailers. You will also be part of n our dynamic team and become an integral part of our Visibility Team, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful placement of our new products and communication materials in point of sales. Who we’re looking for: Available from August to February Currently pursuing a Master/bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related area Excellent communication skills & organization skills Understanding of project management fundamentals Energy & strive to implement Curious, Team-player and highly resilient Customer oriented and problem-solving mind Ability to prioritize and multi-tasking Good attention to details Proficient in both written and spoken English, French and/or German a plus. Roles & Objectives: The intern will work hand in hand with the Commercial team to further develop our Commercial platform for the Swiss Market. The intern will also provide support in ensuring a 360° communication to our internal partners of every project related to Digital Trade Engagement program and Visibility stream. As an intern, we count on you to achieve these following tasks: In the scope of Digital Trade Engagement stream: Support Content Project Management from the briefing phase until go live. Communication with 3rd parties’ agencies. Analyses of activation results & reporting. Creation of presentation deck. One field visit at least per month to gather retailers and frontliners feedback. In the scope of the Visibility stream: Support the team leader in coordinating the needs of our internal stakeholders, in order to establish an action plan for the various implementations in the market. Support the team leader in the preparation of assignments, including the development of briefings and preparation of materials, ensuring proper understanding and excellent execution of third parties. Support the team leader in ensuring that the work performed by the third parties is in line with our expectations and in the case of non-compliance prepare an action plan. Provide logistical support to ensure that materials are sent to the agency or merchandisers on time.
