In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our division Plasma Control Technologies at the Flamatt site as aGlobal Purchasing Process and Intelligence Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do:

Work in close relationship with Legal and Purchasing teams to drive contract quality and coverage ratio to optimal levelsProvides expertise and foundational legal support to Purchasing managers and buyersResponsible for being the first level of interface towards suppliers related to contract and compliance topicsDevelop, implement, and enhance the policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that govern the Procurement operationsEnsure Procurement department is compliant to internal audit rules and external market guidelines (e.g., Supply Chain Act, etc.)Develop BI tools and dashboards to support the business strategic requirementsSupport managers with intelligence reports and analysis to substantiate strategic and operational decisions

What you bring:

Bachelor degree in engineering, Supply Chain or Data Science (or similar)+5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement and or procurement/purchasing/ supply chain. Previous managerial experience is desiredAble to work in an international fast-paced business environment with dynamic priorities and demandsExperienced with ERP and office automation softwareLogistics experience and inventory management, including identifying and implementing best practicesWritten and spoken English is a must. German is desired
