Créée en 1983, La Salamandre est une maison dâédition franco-suisse éthique, dynamique et investie dâune mission éco-responsable. Dans le cadre dâun remplacement au sein du Service Clients, nous recherchons un/uneCollaborateur/trice Service clients à 80%

Vos missions :

Traiter les commandes clients et assurer le suivi de la mise sous pli géré par notre partenaire externe.Gérer les requêtes des clients par téléphone, e-mail et en direct de manière professionnelle et efficace.Fournir des réponses précises et complètes aux questions des clients.Résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière proactive, en visant à atteindre leur satisfaction.Gérer efficacement le tri et le traitement du courrier entrant et sortant.Assurer un suivi approprié des cas et mettre à jour les informations dans notre système.Soutenir le service clients de notre société française de niveau 1 et répondre aux problèmes clients de niveau 2.Ãtre force de proposition dans le cadre de projet dâamélioration et dans lâoptimisation du service client.

Compétences requises :

Titulaire dâune formation dâemployé(e) de commerce ou jugée équivalent avec une bonne expérience dans la gestion dâun service clients.Forte orientation client et capacité à comprendre et répondre aux besoins des clients.Excellente maitrise de la langue française (verbale et écrite).Ponctualité, rigueur et autonomie sont des qualités indispensables pour ce poste.Esprit dâinitiative et capacité à travailler efficacement au sein dâéquipes transversales.Expérience dans la vente est un plus.Aisance dans lâutilisation de système informatique tel quâun ERP, back-office et office 365.Démontrer une flexibilité et une polyvalence pour s'acquitter de différentes tâches selon les fluctuations de charge de travail, que ce soit lors des périodes plus calmes ou plus chargées.Curiosité pour la biodiversité et sincère envie de vous engager pour la nature au sein dâun média indépendant.
