Vous êtes un expert dans le domaine du bâtiment, animé par la passion de transmettre vos connaissances et de former la prochaine génération de professionnels du secteur de la construction ? Rejoignez notre client

Exigences :

Titulaire d'un CFC (Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) dans le domaine du bâtiment obligatoire

Expérience professionnelle significative dans le secteur de la construction

Aptitude démontrée à transmettre des compétences pratiques et théoriques

Compétences pédagogiques avérées

Responsabilités :

Concevoir et dispenser des programmes de formation en bâtiment

Encadrer et motiver les apprenants dans le développement de leurs compétences

Ãvaluer les progrès des apprenants et fournir un feedback constructif

Collaborer avec l'équipe pédagogique pour améliorer les programmes de formation
