The Position

Die Abteilung Materials Management verantwortet die Materialflüsse vom Wareneingang über die Lagerhaltung und Produktionsversorgung bis zur Verladung der fertigen Produkte. Darüber hinaus werden allgemeine Logistikdienstleistungen, wie z.B. Postverteilung und Gefahrstoffentsorgung, am Standort Rotkreuz durchgeführt.
 

Für eine Nachfolgebesetzung des Teamleads für das Team “Pre-Production Logistics” wird eine führungserfahrene und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit gesucht. In dieser Rolle führst du ca. 16 Mitarbeiter disziplinarisch und stellst sicher, dass der Prozess vom Wareneingang, im Werk oder Logistikdienstleister, bis zur Bereitstellung des Materials in der Produktion optimal funktioniert. Dabei wirst du von Logistikspezialisten in deinemTeam unterstützt.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Mitarbeiter im Wareneingang und im Warehousing

  • Einsatzkoordination und Aufgabenverteilung im Team sowie Mitarbeit bei der Ressourcen-Planung und Budgetierung 

  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Materialflusses, der sachgemässen und wirtschaftlichen Lagerhaltung und der termingerechten Materialbereitstellung an die internen und externen Kunden

  • Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung schlanker Logistikprozesse entlang der Supply Chain, von den Lieferanten bis zu den internen und externen Kunden

  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Controlling mittels Logistikkennzahlen

  • Leitung und/oder Teilprojektleitung von Logistikprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Dienstleister

  • Du bist offen für neue Ideen und hinterfragen konventionelle Denkmuster. Du schätzt es, in einer leistungsorientierten Umgebung zu arbeiten, die von gegenseitigem Respekt, Diskussion und Zusammenarbeit getragen wird. Wer du bist:

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder ähnliches inkl. höhere Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik oder Supply Chain

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistik- oder Produktionsumfeld

  • Erfahrungen als Führungskraft, entweder als Linienvorgesetzte(r), im Rahmen von Projekten oder in einer Matrix-Organisation

  • Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Praxis im Einsatz von Lean Methoden im operativen (Logistik-) Betrieb, Six Sigma Yellow Belt von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Logistikprozessen und Kenntnisse in SAP in den Modulen WM/IM/PP

  • Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsstärke in komplexen Organisationen

  • Gefestigte Sozialkompetenzen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im Logistikumfeld

  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute bis sehr gute mündliche Englischkenntnisse
