Join our team at Sunrise as we search for an Equity Administration Manager to enhance our People team. This essential role resides within our Reward team, with a key focus on managing our equity plans from setup to day-to-day administration. A part of your role will involve working closely with our Payroll team, particularly around processing the share plans and broader payroll implications. If you're detail-oriented, have a knack for clear communication, and are skilled in the technicalities of equity plan management, you might be the perfect fit for our team.Tasks:
Equity Plan Implementation: Lead the setup of all new equity plans in our equity administration system, collaborating closely with the provider and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integrationTax Statement Process: Correct handling of share plans regarding taxation and spearhead in the development of an automated process for delivering employee tax statements, enhancing efficiency and complianceEquity Plan Administration: Oversee the daily management of our equity programs, handling tasks such as award processing, exercises, and cancellations diligentlyEmployee Support & Tax Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions regarding the equity plan, taxation and delivering clear and concise responses to our team members. Provide the relevant knowledge on employee/employer taxes with regard to equity plans and coordinate with the internal stakeholders on the respective set ups. Develop materials to aid employees in understanding their equity awards and the associated processesReporting and Data Management: Prepare reports for internal partners and handle ad hoc data requests, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all equity and employee data. Contribute to responses for audit and internal audit inquiries, ensuring compliance and accuracyBoard Material Preparation Support: Assist in preparing equity-related materials for Board and Compensation Committee meetingsBoard of Directors & Executive Committee Members: Assistance with the setup of equity plans for the board of directors / Executive Committee members and their social security obligationsThe scope of the role would be adjusted according to the agreed work pensum.Requirements:
HR, Payroll or Reward backgroundExperience in equity plan administration, with an understanding of Swiss employee tax laws and equity compensation payroll practicesExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication abilities, able to simplify complex informationA meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentialityGerman language skills at native speaker level and fluency in EnglishAt Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and international environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared, and values are respected.
