Für unseren internationalen Kunden aus der Online Dienstleistungsbranche in Zürich suchen wir genau Dich per sofort für ein Vertrag von einem Jahr als:

Sales Manager (m/w/d) 100% DE/FR

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Du managst den gesamten Verkaufsprozess, inklusive Angebotsstellung, Vertragsverhandlungen und Einholung der Zustimmung der Kunden. Provisionsbasis.
  • Du tauschst dich mit Kunden aus, um ihre spezifischen Anforderungen, Herausforderungen und Ziele zu verstehen.
  • Du baust starke Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf und pflegst diese.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für Kundenerfolg oder Implementierung, um einen reibungslosen Ãbergang der Lieferung sicherzustellen.
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Verkaufszyklus und arbeitest darauf hin, Verkaufsziele und -quoten zu erreichen.
  • Kontinuierliches Feedback und Kommunikation mit dem Leiter Marketing & Vertrieb.
  • Entwicklung deines Kundenportfolios.
  • Du präsentierst und berätst zu Casasoft CRM- und Webprodukten.
  • Bewertung von potenziellen Kunden und Erstellung von Berichten.
  • Einschätzung von Leads und Bereitstellung von Berichten.
  • Auf dem Laufenden bleiben über neue Entwicklungen der Produkte.
  • Bereitstellung von Marktfeedback.
  • Du repräsentierst CASASOFT/Publimmo bei Veranstaltungen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen im Fall von Engpässen.

    Qualifikationen

    • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
    • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf.
    • Fliessend in Deutsch und Französisch sind Voraussetzung für den Erfolg in dieser Rolle.
    • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch.
    • Führerschein der Kategorie B.
    • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement.
    • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Schweizer Immobilienmarkt.
    • Gutes Verständnis der Arbeitsweise von Immobilienprofis.
    • Grundlegendes Verständnis der wichtigsten Technologien des Immobilienmarktes (APIs, Remcat, SwissREST etc.).
    • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
    • Vertrautheit mit CRM-Software und Verkaufstools zur Verwaltung und Verfolgung von Verkaufsaktivitäten.
    • Sicherer Umgang mit der gesamten MS Office-Palette, Google Workspace und SalesForce.
    • Allgemeines Verständnis der digitalen Welt.
