Du unterstützt unsere Kunden in der Nutzung unserer smarten Edge-Devices in Kombination mit unseren Cloud und Inhouse-Lösungen (VM hosts). Dein Aufgabengebiet

Du koordinierst das Support-Team bei der strukturierten Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen für unsere Hardware- und Cloud-Lösungen im Bereich Second- und Third-Level-SupportAls fachlicher Teamleiter/in führst und motivierst du das Support-Team, um ein hervorragendes Kundenerlebnis zu generieren.Du überblickst die Aufgaben des Teams und stellst eine kundenorientierte Bearbeitung sicher.Hilfestellung für Kunden bei IoT-Projekten und Gebäude IT-Projekten (Building Technologies)Analysieren, Bearbeiten und Beheben von Anwendungs- und Systemstörungen zusammen mit DevOps-Ingenieuren und DevelopersWeiterentwicklungspotential unserer Produkte erkennen und deren Umsetzung anstoÃen.Zyklische Koordination mit namhaften SchlüsselkundenDein Wissen, Deine Person

Deinen Kenntnissen als Applikationsspezialist, ICT-Supporter, oder Du hast mindestens eine abgeschlossene IT-Lehrein Betriebsinformatik/SystemtechnikDu hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Teamlead in fachlicher Führung und Koordination.Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bist empathisch und motivierst auch andere.Grosses Fachwissen und Interesse an Cloud, IT und Internet of Things.Du bist kommunikativ, hast ein stilsicheres DeutschEnglisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
