As the Growth Platform Director - for Hydration & Refreshment, you will lead the strategy, business development efforts, and the Global Product Managers team to drive sustainable and profitable growth for the hydration and refreshment category. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, and commercializing new products and technologies on a global scale. Additionally, you will collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to achieve sales and margin targets, manage the global product portfolio, and ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and business development efforts for the hydration and refreshment category
- Identify market opportunities, define value propositions, and drive commercialization of new products
- Collaborate with regional teams and key stakeholders to achieve sales and margin targets
- Manage the global product portfolio to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Establish pricing strategies and monitor delivery against business case
- Coordinate visits to key customers and promote capabilities
- Lead Global Council team to establish category strategy and priorities
- Resolve issues affecting the business with cross-functional teams
- Monitor competitor positions and recommend corrective responses

Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with a preference for a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology
- Deep understanding of the hydration and refreshment business, market dynamics, and product requirements
- 10+ years of successful track record in leading and developing new business or commercializing products
- Fluent in spoken and written English, multilingual advantage
