Client Services Specialist

The team takes ownership and constantly seeks new ways to learn, develop and improve. We are looking for a new team member who sees each client interaction as a possibility to deliver an outstanding client experience exceeding their expectations with each interaction.
What would your role be?
- Support our clients and stakeholders in the E-banking enrolment process.
- Assist with specific questions and issues related to Vontobel’s E-banking Services.
- Provide Cash Desk Services, ensuring smooth business flow and processing client transactions.
- Conduct transaction reports and controls.
- Various operational client support tasks within the team.
What are we looking for?
- Banking apprenticeship and 3-5 years of Banking experience preferably with direct client interactions (e.g., Experiences at Cash Desk, E-Banking Support or in a traditional Assistant role).
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for direct client interactions, adhering to Vontobel Client Experience Standards.
- Detail-oriented, agile, with a hands-on mentality, team player, and strong willingness to learn.
- Fluent in German and English and effective communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
