Imagine being at the forefront of revolutionizing the apparel industry. As the Senior Color Designer for Apparel at ON, you'll be the driving force behind shaping the future of On product lines. You'll immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with our design team to conceptualize colors that set trends and exceed market expectations. Your role will span the entire color process, from conception to production and assortment merchandising, ensuring our products stand out in a crowded market. You'll constantly push boundaries to elevate our collections to new heights. Join us and be part of reshaping the future of On products

Your Mission
  • Contribute significantly to ensuring the commercial viability of our color range, aligning with trends and merchandising strategies.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming trends and key seasonal colors through thorough data analysis.
  • Work closely with development teams to provide clear briefs and optimize the color process for production.
  • Stay informed about the latest dyeing technologies and sustainability initiatives, driving progress in these areas.
Your story
  • Bachelor's degree in Color Sciences or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in the apparel industry with a focus on color and materials design.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising methodologies, strategies and the analysis of selling data and the role that color plays within these
  • Solid understanding of color science processes as it relates to apparel materials, with a preference towards active apparel
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges.
  • You possess proficiency in Pantone and other color systems as well as design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, PLM, etc
  • Passionate about sustainability and experience in integrating sustainable practices into color creation and materials sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of competitor brands and distribution channels, with a knack for gaining insights that drive product differentiation.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, any other language would be a plus.
