Your role will span the entire color process, from conception to production and assortment merchandising, ensuring our products stand out in a crowded market. Your Mission
  • Contribute significantly to ensuring the commercial viability of our color range, aligning with trends and merchandising strategies.
  • Stay ahead of upcoming trends and key seasonal colors through thorough data analysis.
  • Work closely with development teams to provide clear briefs and optimize the color process for production.
  • Stay informed about the latest dyeing technologies and sustainability initiatives, driving progress in these areas.
Your story
  • Bachelor's degree in Color Sciences or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in the apparel industry with a focus on color and materials design.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising methodologies, strategies and the analysis of selling data and the role that color plays within these
  • Solid understanding of color science processes as it relates to apparel materials, with a preference towards active apparel
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex challenges.
  • You possess proficiency in Pantone and other color systems as well as design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, PLM, etc
  • Passionate about sustainability and experience in integrating sustainable practices into color creation and materials sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of competitor brands and distribution channels, with a knack for gaining insights that drive product differentiation.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, any other language would be a plus.
