Your tasks:

Analysing of samples for a variety of compound classes including small molecules, oligonucleotides and proteins using HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS, SFC, GC-FID, GC-MS, LC-MS and RapidFire-MSInterpreting of the resulting analytical data, including using statistical toolsDocumenting analytical raw data utilizing a specific LIMS system to track samples and analysesDeveloping analytical methods using HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS, SFC, GC-FID, GC-MS, LC-MS and RapidFire-MSMaintaining and troubleshooting of analytical equipmentDeveloping and executing of assays to support enzyme screenings in HTP format



Your experience/knowledge:

Solid practical experience with analytical instrumentation and methodsProfound knowledge of analytical separation, detection, and measurement conceptsStrong documentation capabilities, including record keeping, lab notebook, and reportsGood command of statistical methods and primary computer skillsUniversity degree in analytical chemistry or analytical biochemistry or Lab Technician apprenticeship combined with ideally 4+ years of professional experience in related areasLanguage skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German - beneficial
