Mit den drei Geschäftsfeldern «Gaming Operations», «Gaming Technology» und «Property Asset & Development Management» betreut unsere Kundin – eine Investmentfirma mit Hauptsitz in Zürich – Casinos, Arcade Spielhallen und Sportwetten-Shops in diversen europäischen Ländern. Die Gruppe produziert auch Hard- und Software für die Gamingindustrie und investiert in Immobilien. Die Holding, bestehend aus rund 15 Mitarbeitenden, will im Zuge einer Zentralisierungsstrategie als «Center of Excellence» strategisch relevante Themen gruppenweit vorantreiben. Ein nächster geplanter Schritt ist der Aufbau einer neu geschaffenen Projektmanagement Rolle.

Im Rahmen eines Exklusivmandates wurden wir deshalb beauftragt, eine:n Projektmanager:in zu suchen, der/die in der Rolle als Information Security Officer die Fachbereiche Cyber Security & IT Audit aufbaut und weiterentwickelt.

Deine Herausforderung

Deine Aufgaben sind facettenreich, ganzheitlich und vielfältig. Du bringst dein technisches Knowhow und deine analytischen Fähigkeiten ein, um für den präventiven Schutz der Tochtergesellschaften zu sorgen. Gleichzeitig begleitest du Projekte von ihrer Konzeption bis hin zur Implementierung. Dies gelingt dir, in dem du das Pareto-Prinzip verinnerlicht hast, methodisch geschickt vorgehst und dir auch nicht zu schade bist, «Hands-On» zu arbeiten. Dein Aufgabengebiet lässt sich in die folgenden drei Kategorien unterteilen:

 

Cyber Security & IT Audit (~65%)

  • Du verschaffst dir einen unternehmensweiten Überblick im Fachbereich «Cyber Security»
  • Du bringst deinen technisch gut gefüllten «Rucksack» ein, um IT Audits in den jeweiligen Tochtergesellschaften durchzuführen und verschaffst dir dadurch eine Übersicht über die gruppenweite IST-Situation der Cyber Security.
  • Du erstellst einen Massnahme- und Risikokatalog und agierst als Sparringpartner und interner Consultant für die Tochtergesellschaften, die die Kataloge abarbeiten.
  • Du schreibst parallel dazu Regulatorien und Policies, damit alle Unternehmungen Rahmenbedingungen haben, an denen sie sich orientieren können.
  • Du eruierst Ansammlungen von ähnlichen Cyber Security Massnahmen und überprüfst, ob Potentiale für neue Cyber Security Projekte vorhanden sind, damit die gesamte Unternehmung davon profitiert. Dabei initiierst du deren Umsetzung und stehst den Tochtergesellschaften beratend und unterstützend zu Verfügung.

 

IT Projektmanagement: Klassische IT Projekte (~25-30%):

  • Du unterstützt oder leitest Software und Infrastruktur Projekte. Projektbeispiele: Integration von Tochtergesellschaften ins ERP (MS Dynamics 365), Umstellung in die Cloud und Harmonisierung von Applikationen.
  • Du unterstützt die anderen Unternehmensbereiche in der Umsetzung der neuen «Konzern-Light»-Strategie
  • Du bist offen, auch Kleinstprojekte zu initiieren und umzusetzen

 

System Administration & Engineering / Trouble Shooting (~5-10%):

  • Du verantwortest den IT Support vom Hauptsitz und arbeitest mit externen IT Providern zusammen, um die IT Infrastruktur zu optimieren

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik von Vorteil (FH, Uni, ETH)
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Cyber Security wünschenswert (z.B. MAS/CAS, CISSP o.ä.)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre technische Erfahrung in der Cyber Security / Informationssicherheit
  • Erste Erfahrungen im IT-Projektmanagement
  • 10-15% Reisebereitschaft in Europa
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit einer überzeugenden Auftrittskompetenz
  • Drive und pragmatische Umsetzungsstärke
  • Muttersprache Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
