- Analyse du cadrage initial du projet
- Animation des groupes de travail et mise en place d'un plan d'action
- Accompagnement à la conduite du changement et participation à la formation des collaborateurs aux nouveaux outils et méthodologies de travail
- Vision business 360 dans le choix des technologies et optimisations à implémenter
- Vous avez un role de facilitateur et travaillez conjointement avec différents départements sur des projets cross-fonctionnels
- Garant de la transformation digitale, le tout dans une approche agile, vous serez également amené à utiliser SAP et travailler avec de la Data : reporting, requetes SQL, ...
- Vous apporterez des idées innovantes au travers de projets 4.0 : Lean 4.0, AI, ...
- Expérience en tant que Chef de Projet, vous avez déjà piloté des projets d'amélioration continue et transformation digitale
- Vous connaissez les fondamentaux du Lean Manufacturing et manifestez un interet pour la Business Intelligence
- Appétence pour la Data et maitrisez l'exploitation de données via des requetes SQL et la production d'outils de reporting tel que PowerBI (ou équivalent)
- Expérience avec SAP est un plus, ainsi que des connaissances avec la méthodologies agile en tant que Product Owner (scrum)
