Project Manager
La gestion de projets est au cœur de notre activité et la quasi-totalité de notre production est gérée sous cette forme. Nos chefs de projets assument la supervision complète de projets d’envergure dans le domaine de la fabrication de machines spéciales.
Etabli sur trois sites, à La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE), Boudry (NE) et à Gals (BE), IMA Automation Switzerland possède un large éventail de compétences et est à la recherche de VOTRE TALENT pour compléter ses équipes.
VOTRE MISSION
- Superviser toutes les phases du projet et être l’interlocuteur privilégié du client de la réception de la commande jusqu’à l’installation et la période de garantie chez nos clients dans le monde entier.
- En charge et/ou impliqué sur des projets variés visant à fournir des services ou des équipements. Etre en mesure d’endosser la responsabilité totale du projet (coûts, plannings, délais, ressources) ou d’assumer des responsabilités limitées à une phase ou domaine du projet lors de travail en équipe avec d’autres chefs de projets.
- Planifier et gérer les différentes phases et jalons du projet dans l’optique de générer des coûts minimums en respectant la performance fonctionnelle du cahier des charges, un haut niveau de qualité et la satisfaction du client.
- Superviser et coordonner les activités d’une équipe de projet et suivre l’avancement des différentes phases. Identifier les déviations et proposer les mesures correctives.
- En liaison avec nos clients et nos fournisseurs, participer aux décisions stratégiques et d’orientation du projet.
- Rapporter régulièrement sur l’avancement du projet à la direction et effectuer le suivi et les prévisions de coûts avec le département controlling.
- Coordonner le suivi et l’évolution du projet avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs internes et externes.
- Etre force de proposition et contribuer à l’amélioration constante de la performance d’IMA Automation.
VOTRE PROFIL
- Bachelor / Master en Microtechnique, Electronique, Mécanique ou Automation
- Une certification IPMA ou équivalent représente un atout indéniable
- 3-5 années d’expérience réussie dans la gestion de projets d’envergure dans le domaine de l’automation
- Excellentes capacités de communication. Aimer prendre des initiatives et interagir avec les parties prenantes.
- Excellent sens relationnel et grande orientation solutions.
- Capable de superviser, mobiliser et motiver une équipe de projet pluridisciplinaire composée d’ingénieurs, de techniciens et de monteurs
- Pragmatique, organisé et méthodique. Savoir gérer les priorités, prendre des décisions techniques et stratégiques
- Posséder une bonne résistance au stress
- Etre à l’aise dans un environnement multiculturel
- Maîtriser les langues française et anglaise. Une troisième langue (allemand, italien,…) est un plus.
- Être ouvert à des déplacements occasionnels, en Europe et à l’international.
