Bei Inventx gestaltest du den digitalen Wandel in der Finanz- und Versicherungsindustrie mit. An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Banking/ Insurance sorgst Du mit uns dafür, dass unsere Kunden sich rund um die Uhr auf ihre IT-Infrastrukturen verlassen können und durch modernste Cloud Technologien zu digitaler Innovation befähigt werden.

Als Teamleiter Projects führst und entwickelst du die IT-Projektleiter der Inventx und übernimmst zusammen mit Kollegen aus den Bereichen Banking und Insurance die Verantwortung über die Weiterentwicklung der übergreifenden Projektleitungsmethodik für unsere Grossprojekten. Mit deiner hohen Technologieaffinität und relevanter Projekterfahrung bist Du für unsere Kunden ein Innovationspartner auf Augenhöhe.

Was ist dein Gestaltungsraum?
  • Leitung anspruchsvoller Programme und Kundenprojekte mit unternehmensübergreifender Beteiligung sowie ganzheitliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Banken- und Versicherungsumfeld
  • Führung des technischen Projektleiterpools und konstante Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Aktive Teilnahme an der bereichsübergreifenden Projektportfoliosteuerung sowie Involvierung und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceportfolios und der Projektmethodik von Inventx
  • Aktive Beteiligung in den vorgelagerten Prozessen über Definition der Business Requirements, Designphasen, Aufwandschätzungen und Planungen und damit Einflussnahme auf das kommende Vorhaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Anspruchsgruppen aus Business und IT
Was bringst du mit?
  • Fundierte IT Ausbildung oder tertiäre Aus-/Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen IT-Programmen und -Projekten aus Sicht der IT-Beratung
  • Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten, sowie hohe Affinität zu Private/Public Cloud Technologien
  • Du kommunizierst fliessend und gewinnend auf Deutsch und Englisch und bringst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft (Raum Schweiz) mit
