Description du poste :Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons une personne pour nous accompagner dans le suivi et la gestion d’un portefeuille immobilier et qui jouera un rôle clé dans la coordination administrative et le contrôle des opérations liées aux locataires.Junior Real Estate CoordinatorType de contrat : CDI –%Localisation : Morges Département : Gestion ImmobilièreRémunération : À définir Missions principales :Assister l’équipe dans le suivi administratif et opérationnel d’un portefeuille immobilierVérifier et valider les bons (bons de commande, bons de travaux, ou autres documents) émis par ou pour les locatairesParticiper à la coordination avec les locataires, prestataires et partenairesVeiller au respect des procédures internes et des délaisAssister l’équipe en place sur divers sujets transverses liés à la gestion immobilière et aux opérations quotidiennes. Profil recherché :Expérience minimale de 2-3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur immobilierDiplôme de niveau Bachelor ou tout autre diplôme pertinent en immobilier, gestion, administration ou domaine connexeBonne connaissance des processus de gestion locativeAisance avec les outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion immobilièreRigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomieBon relationnel et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents interlocuteurs Qualités requises :Sens du détail et esprit analytiqueCapacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèleRigueur, organisation, autonomie et réactivité.Langues : Maîtrise du français (obligatoire), l’anglais et/ou l’allemand est un atout. jid069e08ca jit0105a jiy26a
