Salt Business is looking for a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to shape the future of our B2B fixed and internet portfolio. Pre-Sales Manager (Fixed & Internet Solutions)What you’ll be doingAct as a trusted advisor to Account Managers in complex B2B projects involving fixed internet and networking solutions.Support customer-facing teams in all stages of the sales lifecycle (Opportunity, Design to Proposal, Negotiate to Close).Design and validate customised internet and fixed-line solutions tailored to customer needs.Perform on-site visits and technical assessments when needed.Coordinate internally with Product Manager and Engineering to improve existing solutions and bring client feedback into the product development loop.Own the technical part of proposals, from initial discovery to final presentation.Drive technical enablement and knowledge sharing across the commercial organisation.Ensure documentation, pricing, solution diagrams and offer packages are always aligned and up to date.What you bringDegree in Telecommunications, IT or equivalent professional experience.Solid knowledge of connectivity & telephony solutions (FTTH, xDSL, Ethernet, routing, SD-Wan).Security knowledge is a plus.Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design, or technical sales.Strong customer orientation and ability to simplify technical concepts in business discussions.Fluent in English and German, French is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams.Curious, structured, and comfortable in fast-changing environments.Report to Director of Product & performance.What we offerFlexible working hours & hybrid model (up to 20% home office)6 weeks vacation per yearFree Salt mobile subscription & employee discountsA dynamic, inclusive and entrepreneurial work cultureAn opportunity to make an impact and grow with one of Switzerland’s fastest growing B2B operators Location: Biel / BienneBe part of something different.
