For one of our industrial clients in the sustainable nutrition and health sector, we are looking for a motivated and well-organised Back Office Specialist  to strengthen the commercial department. Back Office Specialist Your main responsibilities Prepare and manage offers, contracts and commercial agreements Handle order processing, invoicing, and export documentation Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems, including master data management Communicate with customers and distributors to support the sales team (written and verbal) Monitor pricing, quantities, and planning Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Finance and Quality Management Your profile Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification Experience in a sales support / back office / purchasing function Knowledge of export processes is an advantage Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working Fluent German and English  (written and spoken); French is a plus Proactive mindset, team player, and independent working style The company offers A varied position within an innovative and sustainable Swiss company Modern employment conditions and attractive benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development A pleasant and collaborative working environment jid6e189bdaen jit1148aen jpiy25aen
