For this role, we need someone who is a clever networker, someone who can make the most of existing and new clients, the idea being always to help your current customer to make the most of your company's potential for them. Main responsibilities: - Develop new enterprise accounts and whitespace prospects - Identify, qualify, and shape complex consulting and service opportunities - Apply Value Selling and “Win-Win-Win” positioning to demonstrate measurable business outcomes and ROI (“small % of investment to achieve significant value”) - Build long-term account strategies to grow engagements - Collaborate with consulting teams to design tailored service proposals and transformation program - Support and occasionally lead presentations and solution workshops with prospective clients - Provide accurate pipeline forecasts and contribute to account planning - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets Your profil: - Bring 5–10 years of experience in IT services or consulting sales, with a strong track record in selling services, not software or SaaS - Excel in complex, consultative sales cycles with C-level stakeholders - Have a proven ability to open and expand enterprise accounts - Communicate at a top executive level, aligning internal teams as easily as engaging a CIO - Think strategically, act proactively, and deliver consistently against ambitious goals. - Are comfortable in an international environment and fluent in German ideally Swiss German (French is a plus) - Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership of your territory - Expertise with Agile, cloud transformation, DevEx, or enterprise service management is a strong advantage, though not mandatory -Salary range: First class -Remote possible -Flexible working hours To apply to this great opportunity, please send us your cv and documents and feel free to contacts us directly for more informations.
