Vous identifiez systématiquement le client et donnez des renseignements, communiquez les conditions et informations sur les différents produits et prestations et exploitez le potentiel de vente.Vous transmettez les informations nécessaires à la mise à jour des données informatiques en vue du service à la clientèle et à la conduite du marché.Vous conseillez par téléphone les produits/prestations de base (comptes, cartes, e-banking) et transmettez les premières informations sur les autres produits bancaires.Vous accompagnez et soutenez nos clients sur nos produits digitaux en créant ainsi de la valeur ajoutée sur leur expérience client.Vous planifiez les rendez-vous avec nos conseillers.Le défi vous tente ? Ce poste est fait pour vous si…Vous être au bénéfice d’une formation commerciale (CFC, MPC, ESC, Maturité de type E).Vous disposez d’une expérience auprès d’un Customer Center avec d’excellentes connaissances des outils bureautiques.Vous communiquez efficacement en français. Toute autre langue étant un atout supplémentaire.Personne pragmatique et rigoureuse, vous apportez des solutions d’améliorations de manière constructive et dégagez une aisance dans le contact téléphonique.Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et collaborez de manière aisée avec vos collègues.
