Apply online at .As a Corporate Engineer Digital & Electrical & Automation, you will lead the technical and functional aspects of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electrical & Automation, and Digital Global solutions for all Nestlé & Nespresso factories in Switzerland. Your responsibility will be also to provide leadership to the logistics system and applications team across the factories to ensure consistent and standardized ways of working. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape a strategic vision and roadmap for the long-term development of your areas of responsibility within Nespresso and Nestlé in Switzerland. A Day in the Life of a Corporate Engineer Digital & Electrical & AutomationProactively drive knowledge building across all Nestlé in Switzerland sites by fostering a sharing culture, building Electrical & Automation network and collaborating with schools and universities to identify & attract future talentsEnsure flawless support to warehouse operations across Nespresso factories and Pick & PackCollaborate with other departments and factories (Nestle Suisse) to implement the digital roadmap: drive standardization of digital solutions, identify and develop digital skills of operators across factories to make them evolve towards operator-centric digital toolsInitiate required projects to ensure state-of-the-art logistics systems and applications, managing obsolescence (Nespresso).Deliver excellent project management for all projects from preparation to implementation, assessing technical soundness, controlling costs and resources, and ensuring compliance with Nestlé & Nespresso standardsDevelop and coach your own team by creating competency matrixes, identifying development needs and building competency building plansWhat will make you successfulEngineering degree in Automation and/or Electrical and/or IS/ITSenior experience of MES engineering including automationSuccessful experience in managing a team of technical and/or IS/IT teamsTrack record in implementing software infrastructure at sitesPracticing to TPM & NCEAbility to prepare investment budgets and project justifications.Proficiency in using reporting & analytical tools (BI/BA)Solid Project Management, organizational and planning skillsFluency in English and French, German as a plusAt Nespresso, we’ve built a culture of care and inclusion, making sure everyone can be their bold selves, while growing with the company.
