B2B/Wholesale Solution Architect

You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams in different countries and time zones. While working closely with the technical leads of each Products interacting on the platform, you will be interacting with stakeholders at all levels of management.You will be joining a dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maisons, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Leads the implementation and integration of the technical architecture in a product area based on business strategy, business skills, business requirements and along the defined EA guardrailsEnsures that architecture principles, best practices and architecture guidelines in the developed Product/Solution are adheredSupport during solution definition, provides guidance on architectural designs and strategies to improve Product/Solution performance and scalabilityWork with Product’s technical leads to manage & develop the architecture for the Products and deliver the architectural design, translating business needs into a solution blueprint representing the end-to-end technical solutionRecommend and provide target architecture, architectural strategy as well as vision and processes, within the guidelines specified by the Enterprise ArchitectDevelop integration processes and interface requirements Recommend and provides target architecture, architectural strategy as well as vision and processes, within the guidelines specified by the EA, the team has decision making authority at the product levelSelect the technology stack based on the given requirements and constraints, in close collaboration with the Technical Team Leads.Provide technical expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologiesUnderstand global IT strategy and business needs to define high level architecturesProvide recommendations in the selection and use of technology, such as “build or buy”Analyze complex issues and propose solutions to solve themEnsure third-party products fit in the organization ecosystemEnsure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure, maintaining a roadmap for required changes.Align with the Senior Product Owner(s) and Product Owners to adequately prioritize technical features required for future functional features as well as current and future technical platform stability, security and compliance.Actively contribute to the Product Design Forum and Community of PracticeParticipate to the technology stack selection based on the given requirements and limitationsActively support and help development teams scale leveraging architecture best practicesHOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING? Your passion for moving forward & achieving will find the perfect context within the team.You will work as part of an Agile team to deliver high quality and delivery.Your daily activities will be interesting, challenging and diverse.We will Guarantee that no day will be like another.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?10 years experience as Solution Architect, including multinational environment B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fieldProven experience in design and implementation of Salesforce programsSalesforce certification(s) are mandatory for this positionKnowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plusStrong knowledge of agile methodologiesArchitecture Development Methodology and Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)Diagramming and visual communication skills are key; good knowledge of UML is a plusProven technical knowledge Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly or executive language at different management levels up to C-LevelHigh attention to detail. Experience in software architecture and development lifecycle Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skillsDeep knowledge of platforms, Infrastructure and network architecture, Development standardsStrong customer orientationExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with strong knowledge of Agile Product management principles (certifications is an asset)Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations Capacity to use emerging web technologies into live ecosystemsHighly self-motivated and focused Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectationsProficiency in English is mandatoryConsulting experience is an asset Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:If your application is selected, we will reach out to you ASAP for an informal introductory call.The next step from there would be a first Technical interview with an Area team representative ; and if there is a match, you will have a personal meeting with him/her and our HR Business Partner.
