We are looking for a: Senior Permanent Recruitment Consultant (m/f/d) This exciting, sales-driven role will challenge you to acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and deploy a variety of commercial activities. Here is what this means in concrete terms: Expand Your Portfolio: You will be in charge of managing and growing your dedicated market sector/industry. Forge Lasting Relationships: Build your client database by establishing strong connections with key contacts within your geographical area. Anticipate Needs: Plan follow-up conversations with clients and prospects to proactively anticipate their staffing plans and candidate requirements. Strategic Partner: Collaborate with future clients to develop their recruitment strategies and expand your influence within their organizations. The Right Talent, The Right Place: Actively support both companies and candidates in finding the perfect match. Master the Full Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and CV selection to conducting interviews. Qualifikationen Your Profile for Success: Degree or professional qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role. 3 to 5 years of experience in Permanent Recruitment, ideally within a staffing agency or headhunting firm. Experience in leadership or a strong desire to take on management responsibilities. Strong commercial acumen focused on sales and results, with a genuine ambition to perform and persevere. You have a talent for organization and excellent networking skills. Your capacity for influence and analysis allows you to successfully penetrate specific markets. You hold a valid driver's license. Workplace: Lausanne Languages: French: Native speaker level. English and/or German: Fluent ? a significant advantage.
