Wir suchen sofort oder nach Vereinbarung:
Director of Finance (m/w/d) in Jahresanstellung.
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Finanzen auf Unternehmensebene, inklusive Debitoren- und Kreditorenverwaltung sowie Lagerbestandsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Koordination und Überwachung von Budgets für verschiedene Abteilungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, insbesondere der Buchhaltung, zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
- Unterstützung der Projektarbeit, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Abrechnungslösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Buchhaltern
- Leitung der operativen Finanzfunktionen, einschließlich HR
- Koordination und Überprüfung von Monats- und Jahresberichten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Finanzprozessen für Mitarbeitende
- Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Buchhaltung, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Finanzen, vorzugsweise in einer leitenden Position
- Starke Führungskompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu leiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
